Allow users to toggle between auto-axis on and off

Currently, Page Builder need to set auto-axis either on or off in the edit mode, and all users always see it the same in all conditions. However, it really depends on the data (so on selected items on the dimensions/conditions, if the differences are relatively small to the total values), and user's personal preference, if it's better to analyze such chart with auto-axis on or off. It would be great if users could toggle it on and off by themselves, in the upper-right corner of the chart (the same way the can filter & sort tables).
