Quick Sum not working in Pages (in some cases)

I have published a module in Page after adding certain filters. After publishing, when I click on the column header, Quick Sum Bar behaves erratically. It some time shows the sum/other details but most of the time shows the error "Your selection exceeds the amount of data that can be retrieved from the sever". The error is shown even if the number of cells are as less as 66 cells. On the contrary, if I select all the cells in that column manually, then the quick sum bar works as expected.
