delete users is not 100%

I use the user page and delete user button only as needed. But when I went to look at admin page for internal users, I still see the entries. How do I delete those and if i have a duplicate name but two different emails, how do I identify the right one to disable?

    1.) On my view also, it seems that the users in the Administration page does not get deleted (only disabled).

    2.) In order to view what is the email of the user (because the column is not provided by default), you need to click the user and see the email on the appearing window. Please see below:
