Add functionality to follow/subscribe to individual users and receive notifications to new activity

Please add functionality to the Community to where a user can follow/subscribe to other individual users and receive notifications to new activity from that user. For example, I would like to subscribe to the https://community.anaplan.com/profile/101715/AnaplanOEG team and receive notifications via the Community and email when they post a new article.
