@pvenna - To add to @ramonito comment - make sure you input file has the preceding zeroes in front of the employee IDs. When you open the file you should see "001" for Shala Engle. Excel will sometimes convert these IDs into numbers, in this case, "1". If this is the case, you can re-download the file or use the appropriate one attached.
