oAuth rediredt url port for desktop apps

Hello,

Anaplan does not allow to set port for redirect URL, which makes oAuth unusable on desktop apps. (http://localhost:554422/ is "invalid" url for anaplan)

The idea is to enable setting port in UI, now it throws an error or even better would be to be dynamic: Anaplan should accept port in redirect uri in OAuth authentication call.
