How to change the Tenant Admin

Hi,

Our current Tenant Admin will be leaving the company, and I was wondering if anyone was aware how to change the Administrator to a new person?

    Hi,

    Did you try this?

    1. Go to Administration
    2. Click on Assignments
    3. Click on the employee you want to become the Tenant Admin
    4. Select "Tenant Admin"

    It doesn't seem like I have the appropriate access to make the change this way. I have reached out to Anaplan support to assist.

    Your current tenant admin needs to grant someone else as the tenant admin.

    Otherwise, you will probably get stuck without a tenant admin.
