Level 2 3.3.5.3 INV01 Inventory Ordering

Hi,

I am struggling with figuring out where I went wrong with the INV 01 module. When checking my work, I'm all good up to Week 5, when the reorder flag isn't checked for me. I thought I did all the formulas right, and I'm stuck with where to look next.
