Enabling Total Value Display with Selective Access

When we enable Selective Access for a dimension or a list, it allows us to control user access to specific elements within that dimension.

I came across to one scenario where I need to see the total value of selected list, even when Selective Access is enabled. In other words, I should be able to view the aggregated or total value of my selected list without revealing individual data points.
