Switching between multiple languages

We need allowing end-users to switch between different languages ( Japanese to English, etc.) for display name of lists, line items, value, glaph, etc.

 In particular, it would be helpful to have the ability to set the display name of multiple languages to list or line Items so that end-users can switch languages.
