Need ability to automatically run Workflow template as an action button in UX page
Would like the ability to go to add an action button in a UX page that would run a specific workflow template that has been pre-configured against the action button. At the moment you have to go workflows and manually select the workflow template you want to execute and add extra information as an instance name for the workflow and description.
The workflow executed from the page should also have the ability to understand the context selector values in the page and transmit to the Context Setting in the Workflow (highlighted in yellow below. At the moment you either hard code the Context Setting to a specific list item or have it "iterate over all" which executes against all list items. This makes it hard to use for Workforce Planning and Promotion Planning use cases.

We need this functionality as well. It meets the user where they are and relies less upon admins. I am a little surprised by the amount of admin oversight that is required for workflow in it's current state. While workflow does alleviate some of the burden, having to have a workflow admin start processes seems like a big miss.
