Bug: Classic Dashboard Text Bug

While adding text to a classic dashboard, an unavoidable scroll comes as shown below:

It is not going even after adjusting the size of text section:

Note: Both screenshots are preview of a classic dashboard and looks same after publishing it as well.

After save and exit, scrolling bar doesn't appear for end user or Is it appearing in your case?

It shows after save and exit as well; I tried zooming in and out as well. But I still have the same problem.
