SUGGESTION: how about giving us the ability to create “mini” Management Reports.

These would be a bit like a template.  But they could be a group of cards.  You could create them in an Admin/PB Slide Deck and then see them in the list of Templates (only in Management Reporting).  This way you could create the set of Cards, making them look just right.  And then add them wherever you need them in other MR.  You could set the context of them, like a Text Card.
