Clowdworks integration failed because of the server error

Your integration failed because of a server error. Check your integration setup and try again.

Hi!

I got this error when trying to schedule the import action from one model to another.

I have full access role and WS admin role for both models.

So what could be the problem?

  • @Staaasia Please check whether you have Integration Admin role of the user. Also before scheduling, test the cloudworks integration by choosing the "Run" Option.

  • Hi @Staaasia , make sure of the following:

    1. Your tenant admin has not changed your role from Integration user to tenant admin or something else
    2. Your Anaplan user id has full access provided and Workspace admin checked
    3. If all of it looks good and still doesn't work, what personally worked for me is we deleted the old integration and created a new one
