400 Error after Logout from Anaplan
We have just setup SSO for one of our Anaplan Workspaces… Whilst users can login we have the following user journey which gives them a 400 Error from our SSO provider.
1. User logins via our Workspace portal and is taken to Anaplan
2. User logs out of Anaplan
3. User goes to Anaplan login website: https://iam.anaplan.com/login
User gets the following error:

Heyo, try using this site instead: https://sdp.anaplan.com/launchpad from there you can select "Log in with Single Sign-On (SSO)". I believe you are getting the error because the iam url requires additional parameters.

Check your SSO configuration and make sure all the necessary parameters, like client ID, are set correctly. I'm not sure but you can try.
