Conditional Formatting based on a Hierarchy List with more than 2 levels

Hi everyone,
I have an issue related to the creation of a conditional formatting formula line item based on a Hierarchy List with more than 2 levels (in this case 5 levels). How is it possibile to calculate the column C conditional formatting based on different hierarchy levels in a single line item?

I have tried in many ways but didn't find a solution due to a concern in dimensionality and aggregation methods.

Use ratio summary to calculate the hierarchy levels.

Once you get the levels, you can easily make a condition and set summary to Formula to achieve this.
