Allow User Dimension Subsets to work with Dynamic Cell Access

The addition of being able to subset and add a top level to the system User dimension was a fantastic addition! That said, it would be great if the ability to use those User subsets to manage Dynamic Cell Access in modules & line items would be a great addition.
