Ability to change number scale for charts/graphs

We need the ability to set the number scale as Millions/Thousands in our charts, similar to the functionality that exists for KPI cards. We also would like the ability to choose how many decimal places are shown when something is displayed as Millions/Thousands.

I know we can set up a calc in the back end to divide the original numbers by 1,000,000, but this adds unnecessary calculations to the model.
