Change Color of Global Context Selectors

In the new UX, you can change the color of context selectors when they appear on a specific card, but you can't change the color when it is a global selector at the top of the page.

It would be great to have this flexibility. It would also be great to set a default value that would carry through the every page so you don't need to update it every time.
