Folder Structure for Apps with Security

Currently we create an app for each area so it acts like a folder given here is only one level of Category within an App. We add a number in front so that the Apps go in the order we want. It also means that people can navigate via the menu which makes sense. Screen Shot

We have only got Revenue in and running out of numbers. So it would be good to have more depth in the Categories. Plus we want to be able to give more users the ability to create their own reports for their area… especially Management Reports. Therefore we would like to have report builder access by Folder area… the Administrator assigning access. This will give more acceptance of the reporting in Anaplan and a move away from Google sheets add in.
