Process to refer to Module for Mapping or Bulk Process to allow user to select Source/Target

I would like the end user to be able to copy one scenario inputs into another scenario. It would be nice to be able to under manual have the ability to select a module as the mapping so long as the wording is correct. Or under the Bulk Process that you can leave it for the end user to select Source and Target. The way to get around this needs you to have a Description to bring in target scenario into each module you want to copy.
