Board filter enhancement

I would like the ability to have increased options for filtering a board in the page builder mode.

We currently can filter rows or columns with

options like "Show items that match: > Contains/ Starts with/ Ends with"

I would like to have options like "Show items that match: > Does not contain/ Does not start with/ Does not end with" or "Show items that do not match: >…"
