How to Prorate Weeks Across Months in Anaplan?

I need to create a monthly filter for a grid that uses TIMESUM in Anaplan. I'm struggling because some weeks span across two months. For example:

January (Expected):
Start week: Jan 1 (Sunday)
End week: Feb 3 (Sunday)
Current Value:
Start week: Jan 1 (Sunday)
End week: Jan 21 (Sunday)
How can I prorate the weeks in Anaplan?
