Hierarchy card does not display the hierarchy

I have set up a list with 3 levels as shown in the module in the top
part of the screenshot. I have added a hierarchy card to the same dashboard
and selected the view of that module, however, the hierarchy does not get
displayed on the card. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Anya,

Try keeping the list in rows and line item in column while publishing the card in NUX, then you should be able to see the hierarchy chart.
