I can't get the new formatting to work

Hi All,

I have a simple grid card that shows totals up a hierarchy of job, Dept and Division.

I want to see the totals at Dept and Division level formatted better to make them easier to recognize.

But I can't get the new formatting feature to do what I want. In the demo video, they choose Line Item Summaries, Summary 1 and change formatting. When I do that, i get no results.

Is there a specific line item format required to get this?
