コード、テキストを並べて表示する

下記のようなグリッドを作りたいです。コード対応するテキストを表示したいのです。
どのようなリスト構成？にすればいいでしょうか。いま、”111_choco"みたいなものを作っていて、美しくないのです。

Is this what you are trying to accomplish?

If so, create a list as below and then create a module with dimension List 1 and line items Code , Text and Amount
