Mistake Proofing for filling & submitting weekly timesheet
I would like to suggest one though for Mistake Proofing for filling & submitting weekly timesheet.
Currently i have to resubmit timesheets for past few weeks & its really headache as billing cycle comes closer it pop ups even on vacation or out of office.
My suggestion will be - is there we can integrate date & timestamp once employees submit times sheet it will get Outlook or teams notification. it will help to track & maintain submission process completed & reduce redundant tasks every time.it will help to reduce employee as well managers time to check & follow up & smooth working of process.
options for mistakeproof-
1.Teams notification on submitted time sheet with date & time stamp - keep optional not compulsory
2.Outlook notification on submitted time sheet with date & time stamp - keep optional not compulsory
3.Screen shot with time notification on submitted time sheet with date & time stamp - keep optional not compulsory
this mechanism helps individual user for punctuality & confirmation
