Data Source or Target issue

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if anyone else has encountered an issue with Data Source or Target not working correctly in CloudWorks.

For some reason, the Data Source or Target list is diminished for all administrators/integrators in the Workspace. As you can see on the screenshot below, there's a list of few items and then the drop-down goes blank, even tough there's plenty of the files on the directory.

What's more, I actually have some actions running on Data Source or Targets that are not visible anymore - I have created them in the past so they are picked up and saved, but cannot be picked right now.

Have you encountered similar case before?

  • If source/target is azure container then you can check if this can be permission issue for that specific directory or file.

    You can compare the file that is visible DummyFile.csv is having what permission and others which are not visible here.
