New Customer Care portal coming soon
Discover a better way to get the help you need and submit cases
At Anaplan, our goal is to deliver a platform that’s as robust and stable as possible. But as with any software, there will always be issues that crop up from time to time. When they do, we know you want to find answers and get help as quickly as possible.
That’s why we’re thrilled to announce that in the next few weeks, we’ll be launching our all-new Customer Care portal.
What you can expect with the new portal
- An intuitive interface and AI-powered search functionality
- Your go-to information hub for support articles, known issues, and of course, a wealth of technical documentation in Anapedia
- End-to-end case management support, all via the portal
- “Ask Anaplan” - a virtual analyst that you can use in the portal to self-serve for common problems such as password resets
New portal, new process
To ensure the case management process is as streamlined as possible, we’re introducing a new role of “portal administrator”. Individuals in this role will work with people in their companies to help them submit and track cases.
We know this represents a change to how you currently submit cases to Anaplan, but don’t worry – we’re phasing things in slowly. In the coming weeks, Customer Success Business Partners (CSBPs) and Partner Success Managers (PSMs) will be working with their customers and partners to help identify portal admins. Those portal admins will then help you get you up and running.
In the meantime, please continue to contact our Customer Care team and submit cases as you currently do.
What’s next?
In the next few days, we’ll be sharing more details about the launch. Your CSBP or PSM and portal admins will ensure that all portal users have the information they need to get registered and start using the portal as quickly as possible. The Customer Care team will see you there!
PS: Want to help us evaluate the new portal experience and make it even better? Register your interest to be part of our User Research program, and we’ll be in touch soon!
