Ability to "Follow" community members just like Instagram

Besides being able to follow specific topics. Can the community provide ability to follow specific community members. Hopefully not a big change as the community already has the facility specific topics of interest. Some members insight are just worth the regular read, specially the ones where it is a response to someone's question in the forum.
