How to retrieve Current user

Hi everyone. i read some of the post here regarding retrieving current user but unfortunately cant find the answer. Since retrieving current user without user list dimension is not allowed, how can i transfer the current user from module with user list dimension to a module without user list dimension. thank you.

You can import that as a line item in the target module.

Let's take an example: there is a source module with user dimension. I started entering the data and then the saved view will have only my row. The user dimension, I can map to a line item in the target module to a line item which is text or users list format. That way I can store the last Updated User in a line item without user dimension.
