Make Grid Line Color Editable/ Invisible

Currently, there is no option to edit grid lines. I want to be able to make grid lines invisible or chaange the color of the grid lines. In management reports, I need to overlay cards on top of each other. Not being able to edit the grid lines makes the lines appear on top of the text in the report and does not produce a good visual outcome.

What would your ideal solution be? How would it add value to your current experience?

To be able to make the grid lines invisible/ change color. This will provide more flexibility to create reports and produce a better visual report.
