How to create a user specific filter, where user selects a particular year, and only those quarters of year selected should be visible?

@Create on user filter module
After create another module(dimensions should match with the data module you want to show + it should have user module) change time scale to Quarters and create 3 line items (one is the data you want to show and other line items to create the filter)

Note if you are using User dimension you must use user dimension in the data module to create filter based on the user.
@lokeshm - We do not need the user dimension in the data module. It only needs to be present in the filter module & it'll auto apply for the current user in the final/output module.
