Cloudworks not updating certain line items in module

I have cloudwork set up for my project which is a daily update. Recently we received a concern that the data is not coming through. On investigating we found that the data in the source files is not getting copy pasted into anaplan. The cloudwork is giving message of successful updation. There are multiple columns which is updated however in the cloudwork update except for 2-3 columns rest of the columns are getting updated. There is no selective access used in the model. We tried manually upload the file and it gets done successfully. Not sure how to identify why the data is not getting populated via cloudworks. Kindly suggest.

Usually it happens when the Column names in the source are changed…try to check the exact column names on the source.

To check the exact column names I usually create a new import action where the target is a numbered list and I do not use a header… the data starts from Row 1 and I create TEXT properties in the numbered list to cover all the columns present in the source…

Create the import in CloudWorks and launch it .

In the 1st row of the numbered list I will have the exact column names that are were received from the source.
