Ability to adjust indentation for Lists, Line Items, and Line Item Subsets

It would be great to have the ability to adjust the indentation for lists, line items, and line item subsets when they are pivoted into rows. This would make it easier for us to call attention to certain lines.

Right now, we have the ability to adjust this for line items in the back end by setting the style "Summary 1" or "Heading 3", but this only works for line items.
