UX Customization (negative sign): bracket or - (sign)

Hi All,

Recently I have seen great customization to UX (numbers to percentage), it was really good when it comes to line item subset (combination of numbers/% value).

It would be good if we are able to customize the negative sign in UX, as management would prefer to view numbers (if negative used bracket), % value (if negative, used -ve sign).

Dynamic notifications in Workflows
Idea to have an ability to make the notifications dynamic. So lets say, particular workflow is supposed to send out notification that Person X has completed the task, the notification should dynamically mention that 'Person X has completed the task'. X should be dynamic for names X, Y etc.
