Can we use filters in 2 tables?

Using filters can we show resluts in 2 tables? eg: Grid table and chart table? If yes, then Grid table has list employees in geo level with status of approvals. But in chart I want to show geo level total % and total count in geo level for all employees.

In the backend, set up your grid module with Employees and Geo to show detailed approval statuses, and your chart module with Geo only to show total counts and percentages.
