Is the only available add-in for Excel local COM?

The recently added Anaplan XL is a more powerful connector than the previous Excel Add-in Series 4 but may come with added cost if you are not licensed for it.

I have an action in a process which is getting failed since 2 days when run via CloudWorks with below error . No issues when run manually .
