I am experiencing an issue with the Anaplan integration where data is not updating in the target model as expected. In the source model, users select the specific PC they want to update in the target, and then run the integration based on a saved view filtered by that PC.
The unusual part is that when I run the integration, the data updates correctly in the target, but when the user runs it, no updates occur. I have reviewed the mappings, and everything appears to be correctly configured. Since the integration works under my credentials but not the user’s, I suspect there may be an access or permission issue on the user’s end.
Could you please confirm whether end users need Workspace Admin access to successfully run this integration? We would prefer not to grant Workspace Admin or full access to end users, so understanding the exact permission requirements would be very helpful.
