How to identify if I have access to Polaris WS ?

For you, when you login to Anaplan NMX (not the app), and look for the word Polaris in the workspace name. Also, when you login to a model via the NMX (New Model Experience), look up at the top left of the model name and if it is a Polaris model, it will state it.
