How to use the SUM function

Summary: When building Anaplan models, the SUM function is used to add up values that meet one or more specific criteria.  Find out how to construct a formula using the SUM function in this short lesson.

Course Objectives: By the end of this lesson, you’ll be able to:

  • Identify source and mapping cross reference data to use with SUM
  • Use the proper syntax to write a formula to calculate SUM
  • Identify when a User Story calls for an output that will use the SUM function

The course will take about 15-30 minutes to complete.
