Yes, if you are a model admin then you should be able to view the model history (on the settings tab, the 9th item down). You can run the history for the past 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, all time, or a selected date range. The results should include the user's email for every change that was made.

We have 2 dataspaces (Training and Current), the training one had a link to a list in a Model. When i tried to add a link to the same list in the Current dataspace, the link showed as ticked and i could not select it. Does this mean you cannot link to the same source in 2 different dataspaces?
