The title is pretty self explanatory, but if I have model A and model B, is it possible to create a process in model B to runs a process in model A?

No, natively, the processes must be triggered within the models themselves
However, using Anplan connect, or other ETL tools it could be possible. You could to export out a "finished" flag from model A once the process has completed. This could be exported to a folder that is monitored and then that could trigger a call to the process in model B
