Prompt to open list when creating

I am adding a new list, it would be useful to either open the list immediately afterwards (or prompt for opening).  This could work in the same way as creating a module.

The logical next step to creating a list is to add members to the list.

It would be more efficient to be able to add members to the list as part of the creation process
