Hi,

I have a numbered list, in which i want the numbers to start from 1. 

I have used this list as dimension also have referred in some formulas. 

i entered wrong numbers when i was inserting numbers to the list. Now when i enter the numbers it starts from the next index number.

is there any way i cant reset it?

HI @Adhvi.Panata,

Yes there is a way to reset if you are a Workspace Admin. Please note you can reset the Next Item Idex only if the count reaches 899,999,999. Have a look at the below post which is related.

Or create a new list and reference it.

Instead of referring to the index number, use properties or line item to calculate the numbers. This will give what you are expecting.

Hi Adhvi,

 

We can reset the number list, after it reach its maximum 899,999,999 Million.

So we can't reset in your case.

A simple and more efficient answer, is to always ensure that you use a code for the numbered list and use that for the display name using CODE(ITEM(listname))
