I believe that question is referring to the model you built in the first certification. The two work together.
My recollection is that somewhere in Sprint I early on, there should be some instructions on how to download a completed model.
As far as I remember, there is no "completed" model. You have to use the previously created model.
You will need to use your Level 1 Model Building model. It will not work with the downloaded model. This is because it references modules created in the exam.
