Mobile Version Management similar to Mobile vs Desktop Web Pages

As is the case with many websites, there is a mobile version and a desktop version.

For cases when New UX based apps are consumable on mobiles there should be a functionality that allows to switch between mobile version/desktop version. This way people would only be consuming mobile in mind design where applicable.

On the development side, there would also be 2 versions for editing.
