New UX: Mobile Designer Mode

When designing a New UX page, we would like to preview on a desktop how the application would look like on mobile without actually using a mobile.

This should allow designing New UX based apps that are mobile-ready and/or show where separate mobile-specific versions should be considered/avoided completely.

 

As another workaround, this could be done through Chrome enforcing the limits on the resolution but this is not convenient.
