All users set timezone in profile, but cell history is displayed in UTC.
It's good if UTC is automatically changed to each user's timezone.

Hi, Four digit year setting should be enabled at more granular level. Option to choose the four-digit year at the line-item or format level, rather than at the global Time settings, in order to avoid changing the entire app.
