New UX - Freeze Card/Action & Add Name Label for Page Selectors

Ability to freeze/fix a grid or an action on the top/any part of the page

- So when the end user scrolls down, the frozen grid will also move along and will be visible throughout the page

 

Ability to add name labels on/beside the page selectors in a page

- In case of multiple page selectors, labels will clarify which selector is which list

We also have need for this type of functionality.  Work around is to duplicate the information lower in the page, but that adds clutter and adds to the need for scrolling.
